Returns and exchanges are offered within 10 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. In order to return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com with your name, item(s), transaction ID, and desired item for exchange. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your email. Please do not return product to us without obtaining email authorization first. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, shipping charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
