Returns are offered within 10 days after product delivery or in-store purchase on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Jeans that have been hemmed, either by the customer after receipt or prior to shipping via our chainstitch hemming service (more info here), are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please fill out the return form that was included with your shipment and send the package back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. If you no longer have the return form, you may download and print a new one out: click here.

EXCEPTIONS: Footwear is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges for another size if the size is available. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above.
