To initiate a return or exchange, please follow this link: Returns Portal
Returns are accepted within 10 days after product delivery or in-store purchase on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Items that have been hemmed or marked final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange. 3sixteen reserves the right to make final judgement calls on garments that have been worn and thus ineligible for return.
In order to return an item, please pull up your order through the Returns Portal and answer a few short questions to receive a printable label and packing slip. We will issue your refund or store credit once we've received your package and inspected the returned items.
In order to initiate an exchange for a different size or product, please pull up your order through the Returns Portal and follow the steps to receive a printable label and select the item you would like in exchange. Once we receive the package, we will ship out your new order.
If you purchased Checkout+ during checkout, your order is protected against the package being stolen or lost by the carrier. You are also entitled to free returns and exchanges for all eligible products. Please note that jewelry, sale section products or orders placed during 3sixteen Day or Black Friday weekend are only eligible for exchanges for a different size or store credit. They are not eligible for refunds.
Checkout+ is only available for domestic orders. This service does not apply to orders being shipped outside of the US.
