Returns are offered within 10 days after product delivery or in-store purchase on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Jeans that have been hemmed or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
In order to return an item, please pull up your order through the Returns Portal and answer a few short questions to receive a printable label and packing slip. We will issue your refund or store credit once we've receive your package and inspected the returned items.
In order to initiate an exchange for a different size or product, please pull up your order through the Returns Portal and follow the steps to receive a printable label and select the item you would like in exchange. Once we receive the package, we will ship out your new order.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCEPTIONS: Footwear is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges for another size if the size is available. Sale items are only eligible to be returned for store credit, unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
