We partnered with them to design a brand new cut specifically for this project; it's inspired by baggy '90s era jeans and features a high rise (the highest we've ever made), curved back yoke, and an extremely roomy top block with a slight taper from the knee down to allow the jean to stack on your footwear. This is the most relaxed cut that we've ever produced and thus aptly deserves the title of "Big Jean" that we've given it. The denim is given a custom stonewash treatment that is more heavy than our standard wash, giving the 14.5 oz indigo selvedge denim as its foundation. Additional details include a custom "tiger eye" shank and tan hair-on-hide leather patch.

Sizing: This denim is sanforized and the stonewash treatment ensures that there is no further shrinkage in the fabric. You can expect the waist to stretch 1-1.5" over the first 30 wears.
Hemming: If you want to shorten the jeans and preserve the roping at the hem, we highly recommend finding a local tailor who can provide an original hem service on your jean. If this is a service that you have not used before, we advise that you ask for an example of their work before you have them hem the jeans for you so that you know what you'll be getting in return.
