The RS-220x jean features a relaxed fit paired with our custom-developed Japanese denim and American construction. The RS (Relaxed Straight) cut is generous and comfortable, featuring a higher rise, plenty of room on the thigh and a wider leg opening. It's the widest cut in our lineup but is by no means a baggy fit. We designed it to be a classic relaxed straight cut jean that is sure to maintain relevance in your wardrobe for years to come.

The RS-220x utilizes our flagship 14.5oz raw double black selvedge denim that has been custom woven exclusively for us by Kuroki Mills for over 15 years. The fabric has an extremely soft hand on the inside that is uncharacteristic of raw denim, making it very easy to break in.

Double black selvedge is what we call black warp/black weft denim, yielding a deep black color that will fade to grey in areas of high wear with time.
