What are you up to right now?
Working on a handful of events for ’26. It will be 10 years of Blamo! Isn’t that weird?! It’s keeping me busy and I’m living my life in “put this in a deck” land.
Do you have any favorite autumnal activities or traditions?
Quite a few actually. I enjoy raking the leaves, going on walks in my neighborhood and watching the leaves fall. Also, it’s nice to have a fireplace. We throw a log on the fire and watch a movie. Even when you have a bad day, you can still have a nice night.
Let’s talk fall fits. What do you look forward to wearing at this time of year?
Outerwear, baby! It’s all about a nice jacket and a few layers. The wardrobe swap from spring/summer to fall/winter gives me so much joy. It also reminds me how important it is to buy well made stuff. I have a few sweaters now that are 10+ years old, and surprisingly they still fit (a bit tight now but, hey).
Tell us about these two looks you put together from our FW25 collection.
The country jacket is excellent! I’m trying to find ways to wear black again, too. A good friend told me that wearing all black is about good texture. I grabbed the washed RS and paired it with one of the new grey knits and the jacket. Let’s go!
The shop jacket and the easy pant in indigo canvas is my favorite. Give me a nice knit I can scarf it up with and some beat up tennies and it’s a nice mix of high/low. Last but not least, I’m sizing up on everything and loving it.
