Please note that 3sixteen only ships orders to the billing address on file with your credit card company. We understand that receiving packages at your home may be inconvenient and that you may prefer to receive boxes at work or at a friend's home. To accommodate this, we suggest calling your credit card company and adding an additional shipping address to the existing billing address that is on file. Once this is done, you'll be able to input this alternate shipping address in when making an order online.
3sixteen aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business days of the order via USPS Priority Mail. We only ship packages out Monday through Friday. Please allow at least one week for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 10 days, please notify email@example.com with your Order #.
We also offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders via UPS. You may choose between 2-day or next day saver shipping at checkout.
We ship internationally to most countries that USPS services. Packages typically take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your package within 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order date and Transaction ID. 3sixteen is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
