For our 20th anniversary, we partnered with SF-based roaster Sightglass Coffee to roast an exclusive batch of Ethiopian coffee for our Wilson's cafe concept. Worka Chelbessa is a famed coffee producer located in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia that Sightglass has partnered with for over three years. The coffee is fermented underground for 24-48 hours before being washed, soaked, and dried. We love how expressive the coffee is and are excited for you to experience it at home.
