We partnered up with renowned military outerwear manufacturer Alpha Industries to produce a three-piece capsule collection to help celebrate our 15 year anniversary. The M-65 Defender Liner Jacket was originally worn by the US Army during the Vietnam War; Alpha Industries was one of the original government contractors to produce this garment for wartime usage. We sourced a beautiful black back satin fabric in Japan and had it custom onion quilted with a warm cotton wadding fill to give it added warmth. The silhouette was redesigned from the ground up for a more modern feel. We added a two-way zipper to the Liner Jacket to give it versatility so that it could be worn on its own, but the buttonholes were retained so that it can button easily into the M-65 Field Jacket for added warmth (sold separately). Made in USA.
Please Note: the Alpha Industries x 3sixteen capsule collection releases at 12PM EST on Friday, February 23rd.
Sizing Info: If you intend to wear the Liner Jacket on its own, please consider sizing up one from your usual size as they fit quite slim on their own when zipped up. If you intend to use this jacket strictly as a liner, purchase the same size that you will take in the M-65.
