What We Make
At 3sixteen we aim to produce the highest quality clothing and accessories, using premium materials and quality American manufacturing. Our products are built with a focus on lasting construction, attention to detail and subtle marks of craftsmanship. We like seeing our clothing broken in and well aged, because this tells us they're serving their purpose. Not everything in life looks better with age; we seek to make products that do. It's our hope that these garments will integrate smoothly into both a modern wardrobe and a multifaceted life.

Long before we decided what to produce, we knew what we wanted 3sixteen to be: a company we could believe in, whose practices exemplify both a pursuit of honesty and a commitment to excellence in our business. We strive to apply our core values to everything that we do.
Our relationships with textile mills, manufacturers and retailers are held in the highest esteem, because these partnerships are critical to our business approach. We don't manufacture our goods in the USA because of trends or marketing opportunities, but because we find it necessary to create the kind of business we are committed to. We believe that respect for the practical considerations of the products, as well as the styles that have come before us, will yield both an approach and an end result that we can be proud of.
Domestic Shipping
3sixteen aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order via USPS Priority Mail. We only ship packages out Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive; if you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify info@3sixteen.com and include your order date and Transaction ID. Shipping rates are calculated based on order amount, and range from $5-$7.
For expedited shipping, the following rates apply:
+$20 for Domestic 2-day
+$40 for Overnight
If you require any special services for your items, please include a note with your order so that we can accommodate you.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries that USPS services. Shipping rates are a flat fee regardless of order size.
Canada or Mexico = $19
All other countries = $29
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are offered within 10 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. In order to return or exchange an item, please email info@3sixteen.com with your name, item(s), transaction ID, and desired item for exchange. Further instructions will be provided upon receipt of your email. Please do not return product to us without obtaining email authorization first. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, shipping charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed through our 100% secure server and your information is protected with the highest level of care and protection
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but there is always an opt-out at the bottom of every communication. Product Availability
Although an item may be indicated as in stock on our site, we can't guarantee product availability and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Denim
All of our jeans feature SANFORIZED denim. You can expect up to 1" of initial stretch in the waist after 2 weeks of initial wear. Upon your first wash, the jeans will shrink up to 0.5" in the waist and 0.5" in length as long as they are washed in cold water and hung up to dry (our recommended method of laundering).
Clothing
Our clothing is cut with a modern slim fit; most customers have found that it runs true to size. Where applicable, we've included detailed chest, shoulder, sleeve and length measurements on the product pages. Please reference the care labels inside each garment for specific washing instructions.
