In Production: Viberg for 3sixteen.

Rolls of uncut leather stack up on metal shelves.

When we decided to work with Viberg to create two special Service Boots for our 10 year anniversary, we reached out to Guy Ferguson at Viberg to see if he could help us document the process as the boots went down the production line. Here are a few of our favorite shots. Many thanks to Brett, Guy, Morgan and the skilled craftsmen at Viberg for helping us put together two pairs of boots that we're proud to have as a part of our Decade Collection.

Partially sewn boot uppers sit on wooden racks awaiting lasting.

Our Navy Latigo and Copper Task workboot on a bench.

Our boot getting lasted by hand.

Lasted boots are awaiting soles to get affixed to the bottom.

Skilled hands sew the boot uppers one at a time.

Each boot is carefully crafted by hand.

Machines stitch down dainite soles onto the boots.
